China Ultrasonic Sound Transducer

The China ultrasonic sound transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode.

When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibration ultrasonic system is divided into three parts, ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, and ultrasonic die, with the three parts is a complete ultrasound system.

Instruction of use

The frequencies of the ultrasonic transducer, booster, and horn must be matched with each other.

The frequencies of the horn and booster should be lower than the frequency of the transducer.

The connection surface must ensure vertical and flatness, and the connection torque must be appropriate.

The Welding of the electrode plate should be reliable and covered with damping glue.

The operating temperature of the ultrasonic transducer should be lower than 60 °C, and the input power should be lower than the rated power.
