Piezoelectric Ceramic Disc Componnet
Piezoelectric ceramics are used to convert mechanical parameters, such as pressure and acceleration, into electrical parameters or, conversely, to convert electrical signals to mechanical movement or vibration.The piezoelectric ceramic disc component material is PZT-5, this material is a soft PZT material, high sensitivity or soft ceramics feature high sensitivity and permittivity, but under high drive conditions are susceptible to self heating beyond their operating temperature range. These materials are used in various pick-ups and sensors, low-power motor-type transducer, receivers, and low power generators. Suitable for applications in the fields of sensor technology, actuator technology, and air-coupled ultrasound.
