Piezoelectric Composite Material
The piezoelectric composite material is a functional ceramic material capable of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy and mutual conversion. The piezoelectric effect is that some media under mechanical pressure, even if the pressure is small as small as the acoustic vibration, will produce compression or elongation and other shape changes, causing the dielectric surface charge, this is the piezoelectric effect. On the other hand, the application of exciting electric field, the media will produce mechanical deformation, called reverse piezoelectric effect. The use of piezoelectric ceramics to convert electrical energy into ultrasonic vibration, can be used to explore the location and shape of underwater fish, nondestructive testing of metal, and ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasound medical, can also be made of various ultrasonic cutter, welding equipment and Iron, plastic or even metal processing.

The resonance frequency of 1-3 piezoelectric composite materials and 2-2 piezoelectric composites materials we produced can be designed from 50 kHz to 2000 kHz.
